Our experience spans engineering, product management, product and company strategy, marketing, and design — built in the operator’s seat, not the advisor’s.
At Flanders Forest, we bridge the gap between healthcare and technology. We bring together skilled operators who have done it all before, and can guide you through your most challenging problems.
We operate as two things at once. As a venture studio, we incubate health-tech ideas of our own and co-found with founders who bring us theirs, contributing founding technical leadership, a team that ships, and capital where it fits the venture. As a technical practice, we take fractional CTO/CPO and 0→1 build engagements for companies from pre-seed to Series C.
The two aren’t separate businesses. The same operators do both jobs to the same standard, which is why we’re comfortable taking equity as compensation — and why we sometimes suggest it before you do.
